Shipping policy

 

Thank you for your order. After you submit your order online, it can take 1 to 7 business days (Monday through Thursday) to process your order for shipping. Once received by the carrier, it can take an additional 2-7 days to arrive.

You will receive an email with tracking information at the time of shipment. Please note that we currently ship our pretzels in the United States.

Our artisanal soft Pretzels are pre-baked, shipped from frozen, then thaw while in transit. Due to the water content of our product and the maximum possible time in transit, our pretzels are perfectly safe to refreeze upon arrival. 

Rest assured that once thawed, products will be fresh for up to 7 days before needing to be placed in the freezer! Our pretzels are good for up to a year and a half when kept frozen. All salts and sugars can be stored at room temp, and we recommend refrigerating our sauces after opening!

*If you have not received your package by the eighth day of transit, please do reach out and we will assist you further.

If your order says it has been delivered, but you have not received it, please wait 1 business day before contacting us. Occasionally, packages get marked as delivered when they arrive at the final carrier's destination and get delivered to you shortly after. If your package is damaged or deemed lost, please let us know and we will assist you!

Please note that orders paid for with Paypal will not be shipped or processed until payment notification is received by Paypal.
